We are in unprecedented times! However, that doesn’t mean that we neglect our minds and body. In this section, you will find a range of resources and services that will help you to relax, unwind, keep your mind in check and your body fit and healthy. MHST

The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is a service providing short term support in and around schools and educational settings for low level mental health needs including individual, group and parenting work. The aim of the service is to offer early intervention to young people and their families.

Street Teams is running free wellbeing groups for children (Year 6 and above) and adults (parents, carers, grandparents, etc.) from September 2025 until June 2026. These sessions are designed to provide a mix of fun, creative, and supportive activities to help build confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
